Dankore Rental Services Limited

Rental Terms - Dankore Rental Services agreement

These terms govern equipment rentals from Dankore Rental Services Limited, a company registered in Nigeria. By signing our intake form, you agree to everything on this page.

Rental agreement

Who This Covers

Dankore Rental Services Limited rents wheelbarrows, chairs, and related equipment for construction, home projects, events, farming, and business use. These terms apply to every rental — short term or long term — whether you pick up or we deliver.

Our registered office is GK14/147, AT6_T1_T_5 Minna Road, Hayin Iku, Tafa, Niger State, Nigeria 910103.

Rates - What you pay

Prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦). Rates change from time to time. The rental price, discounts, and any late fee that apply to you are the ones confirmed when you sign the intake form for that rental — not older prices you may have seen elsewhere.

  • Agreed Rate. Short term, long term, heavy work, light work, chairs, and other items are priced at the rate agreed on your intake form before equipment is released.
  • Late Fee. If you return equipment after the agreed time, you owe the late fee stated on your signed intake form, plus any unpaid rental charges for the extra time.
  • No Credit. Pay in full before equipment is released. We do not release equipment on credit or a promise to pay later.

Payment

Accepted methods: cash, bank transfer, POS, and mobile money. Bank transfers must clear before release. Unpaid balances must be cleared before any future rental.

Your Duties - What we expect from every renter

Equipment leaves our custody only when these conditions are met. If they are not, we do not release the rental.

  • Valid Government ID. You must present a valid National Identification Number (NIN), voter's card, international passport, or driver's license before equipment is released. The ID number on the intake form must match the document you show.
  • Guarantor Required. A guarantor is required for every rental. We verify the guarantor's full name, address, phone number, and relationship to you before release. Your guarantor stands with you for unpaid fees, damage, loss, and late return.
  • Pay Before Release. Rental fees are due before equipment leaves our custody. We accept cash, bank transfer, POS, and mobile money. Bank transfers must clear before release.
  • Return On Time. Return the same equipment (same ID, such as W1–W4) by the agreed date and time. Late returns attract the late fee stated on your signed intake form, plus any unpaid rental days or weeks.

Care & Liability - How you treat the equipment

You take the equipment in the condition recorded on the intake form. You return it in the same condition, less normal wear. The equipment remains the property of Dankore Rental Services Limited at all times.

  • Inspection at Release. Before release, staff and the renter check the equipment together. For wheelbarrows, that includes tire, handles, tray, and frame. For chairs, that includes cracks and stability. What we record at release is the baseline.
  • Damage & Loss. If equipment is damaged, lost, or stolen while in your care, you are responsible for repair or replacement cost at current market value. Your guarantor may be contacted and held jointly responsible if you do not settle.
  • Proper Use. Use the equipment only for the purpose stated on the intake form. Do not sub-rent it, abandon it, modify it, or use it in a way that creates unreasonable risk of damage or injury.
  • Your Risk. You use rented equipment at your own risk. We are not responsible for injury, lost income, or project delay arising from your use of the equipment, except where Nigerian law does not allow that limit.

Truthful Information

Everything you put on the intake form must be true — your name, address, phone numbers, ID details, guarantor, emergency contact, and rental purpose. False information is grounds to refuse or end the rental and to pursue unpaid fees or loss.

Pickup & Delivery

You may pick up the equipment or request delivery. Delivery arrangements, timing, and any delivery fee must be agreed before release. Return is your responsibility unless we agree in writing to collect.

Refusal & Termination

We may refuse a rental, or end one early, if ID or guarantor details cannot be verified, if payment is not made, if the information on the form is false, or if the equipment is being misused. If we end a rental for misuse or false information, you still owe fees for the period used, plus any damage or loss.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably may be brought before the courts of Niger State, Nigeria.

Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page on the day you sign the intake form is the version that applies to that rental. Review this page before you sign.
