Return and refund eligibility depends on the type of product or service you purchased from Dankore Software. This page explains our policies for each category.

Customer service and support

Overview

Dankore Software provides custom software development, consulting, SaaS web applications, and digital products. Return and refund rules vary by product type. Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement or on this page, all payments are non-refundable as stated in our Terms of Service.

Services - Custom development and consulting

These policies apply to custom web development, mobile apps, system integration, and technical consulting engagements.

  • Deposits & Kickoff Fees. Refundable if the project is cancelled in writing before any work begins. Once discovery or development has started, deposits are applied toward project costs and are non-refundable.
  • Milestone Payments. Non-refundable once the milestone deliverables are provided and accepted by you, or deemed accepted per your project agreement.
  • Consulting Services. Hourly or fixed-fee consulting is non-refundable once services are rendered. Unused prepaid consulting blocks may be refunded on a prorated basis at our discretion.

Physical Goods

If we sell physical products, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.

By Product Type - How returns apply to what we offer

Dankore Software offers custom development, consulting, SaaS web applications, and digital products. Refund rules differ depending on what you purchased.

  • Custom Development. Deposits and kickoff fees are refundable if you cancel in writing before work begins. Milestone payments are non-refundable once that phase is delivered and accepted. No refunds for completed source code, designs, or deployed applications.
  • Revenue-Share Partnerships. For projects with zero upfront cost, there are no upfront payments to refund. Partnership exit and obligations are governed by your separate agreement with us.
  • SaaS & Subscriptions. First paid subscription purchases include a 14-day money-back guarantee. You may cancel anytime, but no refund is issued for the current billing period after the 14-day window. Free tiers and consumed usage are not eligible for refunds.
  • Digital Products. Chrome extensions and one-time digital downloads are non-refundable after purchase, download, or activation. If a product is defective, contact us for repair, replacement, or a refund at our discretion.

How to Return - Requesting a refund

To request a return or refund, contact us with your purchase or project details.

To submit a return or refund request:

  • Email us at info@dankoresoft.com with your order or project name, purchase date, and reason for the request
  • Include any relevant receipts, invoices, or account details
  • We will respond within 5 business days

Exceptions

Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in account suspension. Products purchased through third-party marketplaces such as the Chrome Web Store may also be subject to those platforms' refund policies.
